Experience:
I have worked as an L.P.N. over three decades, predominately in hospitals assisting other professionals
in acute care settings. I have also worked in home health and nursing homes. I have been a primary caregiver for my own family
in my home on two profound occasions, allowing a higher awareness of what my patient's experience.

Service Defined:
Respite/Relief for Primary caregivers in their home
Recuperation care in client's home after surgery or illness.
Extra support during healthcare facility utilization in a non-nursing capacity, focusing on facilitating
a smooth, positive, safe, experience. Excellence is plentiful, however, "holes" exist in any system and I assist by " bridging
the gap." As I am dedicated to one, not multitasked, providing continuity, and one allegiance, with a diplomatic neutral monitory
towards the facility. My experience, training, and leadership background gives me the confidence to be of significant benefit.
Care in home can be basic or as an L.P.N. I can provide routine nursing tasks, implementing care plans initialized
by specified professionals, within my knowledge base and scope of practice.

Retainer fee (no extra cost- part of total)
I only schedule one client a day
Minimum five hours per day
$20.00 per hour
Lower flat rates by the week
